Pilates 1 is an 8-week program teaching core techniques. With that mastered, staff members move on to Pilates 2 for an amazing body, mind and health transformation and new framework for living.

Walking Programs
Set your own pace
The benefits of walking have been acknowledged as a defence against the increase in Type 2 diabetes and general obesity.
The walking programs are graded in various levels of difficulty, with the recommended number of steps per day being 8,000-10,000.
A nutritional seminar at the start of the program sets members on the path to healthy living. Programs also include health and fitness testing at the start and conclusion.
Weight Loss Program

The program starts with a nutritional seminar held on-site, explaining the intricacies of food types and their effect on the body. Through the close monitoring of individual diets, together with a walking program, members are guaranteed weight loss.
